Please make yourself aware of the ingredients and usage instructions accompanying each of our products to make sure that they are safe for you to use. It will be your sole responsibility to take proper precaution/ professional medical/ dermatological advice before using any of our personal care products that you may be allergic to. 25. Terms, transactions and any mutual claims between you and the Company shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. All claims and disputes arising in connection with the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi. The parties shall use all reasonable endeavors to first resolve the matter on an amicable basis, within a period of Sixty (60) days. No recourse to arbitration by one party against the other party under this Policy shall take place unless and until such procedure has been followed. Any unresolved disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with the Policy shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be presided by a sole arbitrator to be appointed based on mutual consent of both parties in writing. The arbitration proceedings shall be in English and shall be held in Delhi, India. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties.
